As a fidgeter myself, this ring has been an amazing addition to my jewellery collection. The central spinning band allows the wearer to play with their ring in a way that creates a sense of calm and anxiety relief.
The main ring is flared on either side to secure the round band in the center. It has a width of approximately 5mm. Please keep in mind that while you can opt for a plated version, the plating will rub off relatively quickly due to the nature of the spinning design.
